One of the new features recently added is the ability to request priority support on any urgent website related issues you may be having by choosing the Upgrade to Priority Support option when you are opening a new support ticket / email. This feature is only available for existing customers who open a support ticket from their client area.
There is a one off fee of €15 for this upgrade and once payment is completed your ticket will be pushed to the top of the queue ahead of any other customers and will receive immediate response from a support engineer. This also applies to out of hours support issues. Handy if you need urgent attention.
